Hi my name is Vitalie. I am a qualified Integrative counsellor, Crystal and Sound Healing therapist and Sound Bath facilitator. I am passionate about empowering people to find the healing powers inside themselves as I believe each and every one of us has the ability to heal our emotional wounds through self love.
From a small child I have always been fascinated by spirituality and alternative therapies. My interest was initially sparked by spending my summer holidays with my grandmother, who was a very spiritual woman. My journey into the Crystal kingdom also started in childhood, when I would spend many days swapping beads and crystals with my friends. As a young mother, my love of aromatherapy oils and herbs was at the forefront of my way of life. When I suffered post natal depression, it was aromatherapy baths that got me through it.
A life changing event in my 40s started me on my healing journey. I enrolled on an introduction to counselling course and whilst studying, my healing really began as I started to work on myself. During my training I met my partner and with his loving support I embarked on a Crystal healing course. This was something I had wanted to do for years, and after much research I found the perfect course with the most amazing tutor. I was lucky enough to study under Michael Eastwood, author of ‘Unfolding Our Light’ and many other books. Michael was also the Chair of the Affiliation of Crystal Healing Organisations for a number of years.
I have a tranquil cabin deep in the Essex/Suffolk countryside where I carry out all my treatments. The cabin is set in the garden of my beautiful cottage and is surrounded by nature, looking out over a large pond. The relaxing sounds of the water help to create a calming and meditative ambience. The inside of my cabin is very cozy and has been designed to create the best possible environment for healing. I put a lot of thought into the layout and decoration of my cabin, as I wanted to create a peaceful and nurturing space to support my clients.
