What should I wear to my session?
It is recommended that for crystal therapy and sound healing you wear loose and comfortable clothing. For counselling, wear whatever you feel comfortable in.
How long will a session last?
For crystal therapy and sound healing, the initial session will be 1 hr 30 mins. Following sessions will usually be around an hour. Counselling sessions last 1 hr.
How much will a session cost?
All sessions cost £45, including the introductory 1 hr 30 min sessions. I do have a limited number of spaces for concessions. If you are a student or on a low income please do contact me to discuss.
How can I pay?
I currently accept payment by cash and PayPal. I expect to be able to take payments by credit or debit card shortly.
Where are you?
I am situated near the town of Clare on the Suffolk/Essex border. When you contact me to book your appointment I will give you full directions to my location. There is ample off street parking available but unfortunately, the public transport options are extremely limited.
What will happen during my session?
On arrival, you will be shown into my beautiful healing space which is both private and peaceful. We will have a short consultation to discuss what to expect during the session.
What can I expect to feel after my session?
After your session, you will be offered a drink of water and we can discuss your experience and what you can expect to feel over the next few days.
Are there any contraindications to the therapies?
All the therapies I offer are generally safe and accessible to most people. However, if you are pregnant or under 16 years of age please contact me in advance of booking a session to discuss whether the particular treatment you are interested in would be suitable for you in this instance.
How frequently should I come for treatments?
For counselling, it is advisable to have weekly sessions at least for an initial period. The frequency of crystal therapy and sound healing sessions are specific to the individual and this is something we will discuss at your initial consultation.
Can you accommodate clients with limited mobility?
Although my practice is on the ground floor, there is a small step up to the cabin and also a small step to access the bathroom. If this would prevent you from attending my premises, please contact me to discuss the possibility of me visiting you at another location.
Are your treatments a cure for my medical condition?
No. All the therapies I offer support you on your healing journey. They are not a substitute for medical advice and treatment. Please contact your GP for guidance concerning any medical issues.
Are you qualified to offer these therapies?
